Tove Andersen joined TOMRA as President and Chief Executive Officer in August 2021. Prior to joining TOMRA, she had a long career at the leading global fertilizer company Yara International, where she eventually became Executive Vice President responsible for European business activities. During her 24 years at Yara, she held a number of senior management positions, including EVP Production (2018–2021) and EVP Supply Chain (2016–2018). She also held various management positions responsible for marketing, business development and finance.
Tove has a master’s degree in physics and mathematics from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH) and an MBA from BI Norwegian School of Management.
She is a board member of Borregaard and the Norwegian Opera & Ballet.
Tove is Norwegian and lives in Oslo.
