Heather Howell is a leading force in whiskey innovation as the Director of Global Innovation for Jack Daniel’s Family of Brands. In this role, Heather is responsible for developing and executing new product strategies to bring the next generation of whiskey to consumers while expanding and innovating existing trademarks.
With a track record of successful product launches, her most recent innovations include the Jack Daniel’s Aged Series and the Bonded Series, and working with Lynchburg to create a 10-year innovation plan to enhance the premium status of the Jack Daniel’s Family of Brands.
With almost eight years of experience at Brown-Forman, Heather has played a key role in creating and launching new brands, such as Coopers’ Craft and Slane Irish Whiskey. In addition, she has established the Emerging Brands organization and has been a key contributor to the exceptional growth of Scotch and Irish brands.
